Do you offer online appointments?
No. At this time, all appointments are in-person only.
How do I book an appointment?
Click on the BOOK NOW button to call the clinic and book an appointment. You can also walk in during regular business hours without an appointment.
In which languages do you offer services?
While we can only guarantee service in English, many of our physicians speak additional languages such as Hindi.
Do I have to book an appointment or can I just show up?
You can absolutely show up during business hours without an appointment, but please note that we have limited walk-in appointments throughout the day. You may wind up waiting longer than expected!
Are appointments covered by provincial insurance?
If you're covered by OHIP, a regular visit is absolutely covered. Most student and foreign health plans will also cover visits to our clinic. Note that some services and procedures may incur a charge since they are not covered by OHIP.
Do you have specialist doctors available?
Our physicians are general practitioners and can provide referrals to specialists as needed. However, we do not have specialist physicians on staff.
